About this event
An 8-week Programme beginning May 9th designed to Kickstart Your Summer & Change Your Life.
The programme includes up to 5 hours fitness training (group classes, personal training) each week PLUS an educational seminar each week addressing many areas of health and fitness. All designed to give you the tools to be able to make healthy eating and lifestyle decisions.
Fitness training will vary each week, from Boxercise, Kettlebells, and Bootcamp to keep it interesting. Participants will receive unlimited support & motivation and be in a team environment, as well as an additional one-on-one session with the trainer each week.
The programme will run out of Douglas Ballet Theatre.
